In most cases, a non-refundable consultation fee of $300 will be collected prior to the consultation being scheduled. We will schedule a consultation only if we feel we might be able to offer assistance. Please email News@wsmimmigration.com with your request for consultation and provide as much detail as possible to describe your situation or question, including dates of entry to the US, visa status, status expiration, etc.
A WSM representative will contact you for payment and scheduling based on our attorney availability. If we determine that we are not able to provide assistance, we will notify you.
The purpose of the consultation is to provide the attorney with sufficient information to allow for a full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, legal fees and costs.
The information provided to WSM when requesting the consultation is for the purpose of obtaining a consultation and is not intended for the purpose of establishing an attorney client relationship until an individual seeking representation has executed a written legal services agreement entering into such a relationship with WSM.
