USCIS Has Concluded Second Round of FY2025 H-1B Regular Cap Selections

The USCIS announced today that they have concluded the second round lottery selections for fiscal year 2025 H-1B regular cap cases. Weaver Schlenger has received notifications and is working with clients selected in this second round of selections. Employers will have 90 days in which to file the H-1B petitions following selection in the lottery.
