USCIS to Increase Premium Processing Fees Effective 2/26/2024

The USCIS has announced a final rule to implement an inflation adjustment to premium processing fees. The new fees will go into effect for cases postmarked on or after February 26, 2024.  

The new premium processing fees for H-1B and other nonimmigrant employment visas will increase from the current $2,500 to $2,805. 

The new premium processing fees for Form I-140 will increase from the current $2,500 to $2,805 also. 

For Form I-539, the premium processing fee will increase from the current $1,750 to $1,965.
