USCIS Completes Second Round of Selections for FY2024 H-1B Visas

The USCIS announced today that they have completed the second random selection of previously submitted registrations for the FY2024 H-1B Cap and that all petitioners have been notified. Employers may now file H-1B petitions within the filing period indicated on the selection notice, no fewer than 90 days from the selection notice date.  

The USICS says they have now selected "a sufficient number of registrations projected as needed to reach the cap."
