USCIS to Expand Premium Processing to Certain Pending I-140s

Yesterday the USCIS announced that it will phase in an expansion of premium processing for certain pending I-140s. 

• Beginning June 1, 2022 the USCIS will accept Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing) for E13 multinational executive and manager I-140 petitions which were received on or before January 1, 2021. 
• Beginning July 1, 2022 the USCIS will accept Form I-907 for E21 national interest waiver I-140 petitions received on or before June 1, 2021, and E13 multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before March 1, 2021.  

This expansion of premium processing is part of a series of actions the USCIS is taking to "increase efficiency and reduce burdens to the overall immigration system."
