Tiffany Hill Speaking at Annual AILA Conference 2022

Partner Tiffany Hill is speaking at the annual conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) in New York City this week. Ms. Hill will be on a panel discussing Corporate Reorganizations: Avoiding Disruptive Immigration Consequences. Her panel will provide best practices on H-1B compliance, successor in interest arguments for the green card process, I-9s, and avoiding negative impact to L-1 visa holders, among other topics.
