USCIS Extends COVID Flexibility in Responding to RFEs, Other Notices Through January 31, 2022

The USCIS has again extended its flexibility in responding to RFEs, NOIDs and other requests, considering them timely received if they are received within 60 calendar days of the original due date. This latest extension of flexibility due to COVID applies to requests where the issuance date listed on the request, notice or decision is between March 1, 2020 and January 31, 2022, inclusive.
