
Employers’ I-9 and E-Verify Compliance Flexibility Further Extended Through January 31

The Department of Homeland Security announced a further extension of flexibility in rules related to Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The policy has now been extended through January 31, 2021.
