USCIS Reopens Comment Period on Proposed Fee Changes through February 10, 2020

Comments on a proposed rule that would increase multiple USCIS fees may now be submitted until February 10, 2020. The proposed fee changes – which include increasing naturalization fees by 83%, and adjustment of status fees by 79% – are published in the Federal Register, available here. Comments may be submitted through the Federal eRulemaking Portal at http://www.regulations.gov, and must reference DHS Docket No. USCIS-2019-0010.
