USCIS Further Extends Flexibility on Responding to RFEs and Agency Requests Due to COVID-19

The USCIS will continue to provide flexibility in responding to RFEs and other requests, considering them timely received if they are received within 60 days of the original due date. This extension of previously announced flexibility applies to requests where the issuance date listed on the request, notice or decision is between March 1 and September 11, 2020.
