Presidential Proclamation to Suspend Entry of Immigrants

President Trump has issued a Proclamation to temporarily suspend the entry to the U.S. of immigrants. Weaver Schlenger is analyzing this proclamation and will post our analysis shortly. At first read, this proclamation appears to impact only those who are outside the U.S. who are waiting for their immigrant visa (green card) to be issued.
