Premium Processing Fees Increase from $1,440 to $2,500 Effective Today

On Friday, the USCIS announced that the fee for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing increases from $1,440 to $2,500 effective today, October 19, 2020. All requests postmarked today or later must now include the new fee. The $2,500 fee applies to requests to premium process H-1Bs, L-1s and certain I-140s currently eligible for premium processing. The previously announced plans to expand the types of cases eligible for premium processing is not affected by today’s fee increase. The USCIS has not indicated when the expanded program will be implemented.
