November 2020 Visa Bulletin
October 29, 2020
Today, the U.S. State Department announced its November Visa Bulletin. USCIS has also announced that it will continue to use the Dates for Filing Chart in the November Visa Bulletin next month.
The Dates for Filing Chart under the November Visa Bulletin remains exactly the same as the October Visa Bulletin for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3. This means that all applicants who were eligible to file employment-based Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases in October (including EB-3/AOS Early Filing cases) may continue to do so in November.
