H-1B Cap Season is upon us again!
The government's fiscal year lottery for new H-1B visas starts April 2, 2018 but there is a lot to do before then to ensure the best chance for success. Last year, about 40% of petitions were selected in the lottery.
On January 19, Weaver Schlenger LLP will hold a free webinar to discuss H-1Bs, what is Cap Season and how you can be best prepared. This one hour webinar is designed in particular for those newer to the world of H-1B visas and immigration.
Our application is pending for 1 (General) recertification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
