Weaver Schlenger LLP continues to monitor and assess any changes to current immigration laws that have the potential to impact our clients, particularly the multitude of Executive Orders that may be implemented by President Trump. We are closely following the recent leaked memos addressing undocumented immigrants and designed to implement President Trump’s Executive Orders, that include:

- Executive Order on Interior Enforcement
We are also monitoring the various leaked Executive Orders
- Executive Order on Protecting American Jobs & Workers by Strengthening the Integrity of Foreign Worker Visa Programs
- Executive Order Ending Unconstitutional Executive Amnesties
