Attorney Tiffany Hill to Speak on Preparing PERMs to Best Ensure I-140 Approval

On May 2, Senior Associate Tiffany Hill will be a featured speaker on PERM Success! Avoiding Pitfalls at the I-140 Stage. The webinar is sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is available to members.
Panelists will focus on issues that arise at the I-140 stage following DOL certification of employers’ PERM applications. Ms. Hill will discuss how to vet issues in advance of filing a PERM to best ensure success after the PERM is certified.
