Visa Bulletin November 2016
October 12, 2016
The Department of State has just released the November 2016 Visa Bulletin and as expected there is several months’ movement forward in the Application Final Action Dates for EB2 China and India. EB3 shows slight forward movement.
Last month, the USCIS announced it will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications in October pursuant to the Dates for Filing in the Visa Bulletin. We expect the USCIS will announce shortly whether applicants can rely on the Dates for Filing, or must follow the Application Final Action Dates for filing in November 2016. Applicants should check the USCIS website in the next few days.
