Visa Bulletin December 2016
November 9, 2016
The Department of State has just released the December 2016 Visa Bulletin, which reflects slight movement forward for China and India employment based categories.
For the past 2 months, the USCIS announced it will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications pursuant to the Dates for Filing in the Visa Bulletin. We expect the USCIS will announce shortly whether applicants can rely on the Dates for Filing, or must follow the Application Final Action Dates for filing in December 2016. Applicants should check the USCIS website in the next few days.
