Update on March 2016 Visa Bulletin: USCIS Will Only Accept AOS Filings Current Under Final Action Date

The USCIS has announced on its website that it will accept Adjustment of Status Applications using the “Application Final Action Dates” and not the “Dates for Filing Applications.”
As we reported in an earlier update, the Department of State had advised that the USCIS may not utilize the earlier “Dates for Filing Visa Applications.”
Below are the dates to determine whether an AOS application may be filed in March.
