USCIS Resumes Premium Processing for H-1B Petitions

The government announced July 13 that, effective immediately, it will resume accepting Premium Processing for all H-1B extension petitions. As we previously reported, the government placed a six week temporary halt on most types of H-1B extension petitions, due to its need to adjudicate H-4 EAD applications in a timely manner.
