The Department of State’s June Bulletin shows continued nice gains for EB-2 Chinese Nationals

EB-2 Chinese nationals advance another 12 months, while EB-2 Indian nationals advance 5.5 months. EB-3 Chinese and “all other” nationals show nominal gains. Note that we may expect a slowdown this summer as the government’s fiscal year which ends September 30 winds down.
