Senior Associate Stephanie Smith joins AIC Business Litigation Task Force

WSM senior associate Stephanie Smith has joined the American Immigration Council Business Litigation Task Force, consisting of Council staff and Board members. The Business Litigation Task Force identifies areas where the federal government engages in unlawful behavior relating to the implementation of U.S. immigration laws, such as abuse of discretion or failure to follow statutory or regulatory mandates, and assists in the pursuit of relief for U.S. employers and their employees through litigation.
