FY H-1B Lottery Update: Returned Application Packages on their Way

For those employers who have not received FY Receipt Notices, it is time to move ahead to Plan B. The government announced on May 2, 2014 that it has completed data entry for all FY 2015 H-1B Petitions and is now returning all "rejected" application packages, along with those uncashed hefty filing fees.
