EB-3 Moves, EB-2 Stays Stagnant in May 2013 Visa Bulletin
April 10, 2013
The Department of State's May Visa Bulletin hopefully will propel Congress to act swiftly this spring to correct visa backlogs, which are untenable. While there continues to be some forward movement for EB-3 Chinese, Mexican and Filipino nationals (DOS explains this as a way to "generate demand so that the annual numerical limits may be fully utilized."); other areas remain stagnant, with a 10 year wait for EB-2 Indian nationals and more for EB-3 Indian nationals.
