CEOs and Tech Leaders Urge President Obama to Follow Through with Immigration Reform in 2013

Large and smaller employers remain concerned that the momentum started after the elections on congressional immigration reform won't be sufficient to achieve tangible results in 2013.
On March 13, tech leaders organized by TechNet signed onto a letter to President Obama outlining the need to move forward with the bipartisan proposals for business immigration. They cited an aggregate of 10,000 job openings by large companies for highly skilled workers and urged the Administration to increase temporary and permanent visas for highly skilled technical professional employees.
