WSM Of Counsel Flora Hoffman and Partner Laura J. Mazel will provide a toolkit highlighting the top 10 immigration issues counsel for start-ups or emerging tech companies need to know. The ACC's half day Essentials for Startups seminar will focus on immigration, employment, corporate and intellectual property legal issues. The program should be useful for general counsel at a startup, new to in house, or experienced corporate counsel in need of a legal refresher.
