November 2012 Visa Bulletin – EB-2 "All Other" Priority Dates Current

The Department of State's November Visa Bulletin , released today, gave welcome news to EB-2 foreign nationals from countries other than China and India: EB-2 "all others" priority dates become current. EB-2 priority dates will advance 6 weeks for Chinese nationals and stay stagnant for Indian nationals. EB-3 priority dates inch forward.
