The State Department has released the June Visa Bulletin (PDF). As anticipated, visas in the EB-2 category are now “unavailable” for Indian and Chinese nationals and are expected to remain so until October 1. The bulletin warns there might be a cutoff in the EB-1 category by the end of the fiscal year, “in an effort to limit number use within the annual numerical limit.”
