Partner Mary Jane Weaver to Provide Continuing Legal Education

On May 25, Partner Mary Jane Weaver will speak on the latest mine fields and developments in PERM labor certification law at the NorCal Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association's New Member Division's training event. Mary Jane previously authored "Recruitment Under PERM: Lessons Learned (So Far)" in the American Immigration Lawyers Association's David Stanton Labor Certification Manual.
